Before this vintage photo from over 20 years ago!
My interest in guitar making started around the age of 13, when I bought my first musical instrument with my pocket money. It was my friend's father's bass. I took it apart, stripped it, then repainted it. It was an instant passion. Three years later, I repeated the experience with an electric guitar, under the supervision of luthier Bernard Vachon. It was at this time that I discovered the profession of luthier.
